We’re excited to welcome Maplewood Brewery to Fountainhead, with the release of their Lemon Drop Wheat, an American wheat ale that showcases the Lemon Drop hop and finishes with Apollo. Lots of lemon and citrus flavors. Lemon drop it like it’s hot!

Join us for a fantastic evening honoring one of our favorite things…

Single Cask/Barrel Whisk(e)y!

We are going to roll out the barrels, as it were, and offer some fantastic single cask and single barrel whiskies up for the drinking with over 40+ available in .5oz tasting size all night!

At 4 pm we will open One Bottle of the incredibly rare Fountainhead Single Barrel Elijah Craig 21yr. This will be first come first serve and available in .5oz, 1oz and 2 oz serving sizes.

At 6pm we our proud to release the Fountainhead Single Barrel Few Single Malt Whiskey! Available in .5oz and 1.5 oz tasting sizes.

At 7pm we are offering a ticketed tasting in our Barrel room featuring a fantastic 6 Single Cask/Barrel Whisk(e)y tasting with Special Guests Bernie Lubbers, aka the Whiskey Professor, and Steve Fox the National Brand Ambassador for Pacific Wine and Spirits.

There are sure to be some Nips and Pints as well as some incredible Flights.

Robert Burns Weekend – January 22-25

Robert Burns, Scotland’s National Bard, would be 256 this approaching 25th. Every year we here at Fountainhead like to honor him, his craft and the spirits of his native land Scotland!

Come join in celebrating the man, his beautiful craft, Scotch Whisky, and some great Scottish Dishes from Chef Cleetus…who is as Scottish as any chef named Cleetus can possibly be!

Our Celebration kicks of on Thurs. January 22rd and continue through Sunday January 25th. We will be offering Nips and Pints (a pairing of a glass of whisky and a beer), Scotch Whisky Flights, and some great Scotch Whisky based cocktails.

In addition Cleetus will be offering the following dishes:
