As we approach the one month anniversary of opening our doors, we want to thank everyone who has come to see what we’re all about. The turnout and feedback we’ve received has far exceeded our expectations, and we are sincerely grateful for that. We’ll be transitioning from version 0.9 of our menu to version 1.0 in the next few days, and will have announcements regarding brunch hours and rooftop garden service coming in the very near future. Thanks again, and cheers.
Hey Beer fans. Phil Kuhl, of “The Beer School” fame, will be heading up the brew department at Fountainhead. We’re already working on bringing in some rare malty treats. Phil is excited to work with friend and fellow beer enthusiast Chef Robyn Marfurt in order to bring you some unique food and beer pairings. Cheers!
The Mahogany Bar is more than 50% complete and the Kitchen is even further along. Here’s the fireplace…More pics to come and thanks for checking out our Blog.
While this has been anticipated for some time, we’re absolutely ecstatic to announce that she will be the mastermind of Fountainhead’s culinary aspirations. Beer and Whisky fans should rejoice, as version 4 of the menu provides some mouth-watering pairings to offer. Congrats Robyn!
We are lucky to be located in a spot where we get local traffic from the wonderful people that make up the Ravenswood/North Center/Lincoln Square neighborhoods.
One feature we’re really proud of is our comprehensive beverage list. Sure, we have beers, wines and whiskys from all over the world. But did you know we have an extensive lineup of whiskys and craft beers from local and regional distilleries? Well, we do. And we think it’s time you visit and try out a new brew or spirit.
If you’re overwhelmed by our selection, that’s OK. Our staff is educated and friendly (snobbery isn’t tolerated at Fountainhead!) so they can guide you in the right direction.
We look forward to seeing you at Fountainhead and welcome any feedback you may have about your experience here. Don’t forget to become a fan on Facebook and follow us on Twitter, or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to find out about all the latest happenings.
